Mission
To raise competitiveness of Estonian economy by improving the economic environment and providing social stability.
To create a climate in the country, which is as favourable to business-making as possible

Main objectives
To represent the members in the relations with legislative and executive authorities and the representatives of employees, to stand for the rights of its members, and to represent the member organizations both in Estonia and abroad.

In order to achieve its objectives the ETTK applies for uniting the positions of the employers registered in the Republic of Estonia and the representation of the united employers in the bilateral and tripartite social and economic policy negotiations on the issues related to labour and social relations.
